All characters must be owned by the client or have express permission from their respective owner(s)

Finished works are for personal use only

I do not allow commercial use of my work unless specifically agreed upon by myself and the client at the time of the commission. Pieces intended for commercial work will incur higher rates in most cases. Use in commercial work would include, but isn’t limited to, making prints/stickers/other products for sale.

Using my art for NFT's or AI training is strictly prohibited

Credit for finished works must be given in the form of a link

All payments are completed through Paypal by invoices

Prices do not include paypal fees and tax

Payment is due 2 weeks when you ask for a slot

Orders equal to or under $150 must be paid in full for work to begin

Orders over $150 must pay at least 60% upfront for sketching to begin, 40% for completion

DO NOT TIP ME ON STREAM AS PAYMENT. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON THESE TIPS.

Clients are entitled to full refunds if no work has begun on their commission(s)

Clients are entitled to partial refunds (50%) if work has begun on their commission(s)

If commission(s) cannot be completed 4 weeks from payment (barring extenuating circumstances such as delayed client communication, emergencies, illness, etc.) then a full or partial refund will be offered based on completion at the time of offering

If there is a certain pose you want or similar, send an image of it to me.

Reference images must be provided by the client

Work will be completed 4 weeks after the payment received.

Rough sketch(s) will be shown to you at week 1, at this stage any revisions are welcomed

After we've agreed on the rough, I'll start the lineart, at this stage 2 minor revisions are allowed

Once we're in the coloring stage, I'll complete the commission and no revisions other than color related minor edits are to be made.

Any changes that exceed the amount I've stated will cost extra

Anything not included in the provided reference(s) or requested during the sketching phase may not be included in final piece

Commission might be worked on stream, you may opt out of this

Clients are entitled to request a progress update once a week otherwise I will send a progress pic when I feel I’ve made major headway, at my discretion.

Violating the TOS will forfeit your right to a refund

I don’t work weekends, unless I want to.

These Terms of Service are a legally binding “Agreement” between Ridmiz Hyena (“me”) and you (referred to as “commissioner” “client” “you” or “your”). By providing me with your PayPal information and/or commission details, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you must explicitly state this to me in writing via email or direct message through Discord
